SHIPPING
Beachblade takes great care in making sure your order arrives safely. All orders are shipped with PostNL and/or their international partners.
Timeline between the order and manufacturing of one finished Beach Blade is 4 to 5 working days.
There are 47 steps in our production process and some of our components need time to cure/harden.
Because of the production time, please take note of the four to five working days we need to complete your product(s).

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with Track and Trace information with which you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep. To protect your parcel, Beachblade insures all packages against unforeseen damages and/or theft that may occur during the shipment process.
RETURNS
Beachblades are custom products so we will always try to create a flawless end-product. If there are any issues with your Beachblade, please contact our helpdesk at [email protected]
Returning an article within the 14 day return window is only possible when the article:
- is not a custom Beachblade
- is in an undamaged state
- is not worn and/or used
- includes the original and undamaged packaging
Beachblade reserves the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet these requirements.

Terms and conditions
Concepts & application of terms.
Terms and conditions apply to all Beachblade offers, orders and agreements. Changes apply only with written consent from Beachblade
Mutually agreed deviations do not guarantee any rights and duties for future transactions and agreements. Accepting an order and placing an order constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions.
Prices & costs
All prices on the Beachblade website include a 21%VAT charge. Shipping are added in checkout and depend on delivery country and region. Beachblade is allowed to change prices and terms prior to agreement and/or order completion.
Deliveries
Beachblade will attempt to ship all orders within 3 weeks after order confirmation. When orders have a longer delivery time, customers will be notified as quickly as possible.
BeachBlade is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies.
BeachBlade is not responsible for any damages to the package and product caused by the shipping company.
Beachblade takes great care in making sure all orders are in perfect condition. In case of incomplete and/or damaged goods, customers need to notify Beachblade within 7 days after receiving their order.
Payment
Agreement is reached on completing the purchase in the checkout and implies agreement to terms and conditions.
Payments can be made with iDeal and Credit Cards.
Payments made with Credit Cards will be checked by Beachblade. These checks are done in order to check validity and security.
Payments made with iDeal use the internet-checkout of Multisafepay.
Payments with Credit Cards are processed by Multisafepay.
Complaints & returns
Beachblade always advises customers to inspect their purchase after delivery. In case the delivered goods do not meet expectation, please contact us by email. Beachblade will always attempt to solve any complaints regarding your purchase.
In case Beachblade does not receive any communication within 7 days after delivery, Beachblade will assume all obligations are met.
You have the right to return non-blade (custom Beachblades) items within 14 days after purchase, please contact Beachblade in case you would like to start the return process. You can contact our helpdesk at [email protected]
Liability
Beachblade is not liable for any damages caused by third parties. Beachblade is not liable for any damages caused by their products during their use. Beachblade does not accept any liability for any damages in situations where Beachblade products where used.
Beachblade’s liability is always limited to the retail price of their products.
Beachblade is not take any liability unless there is intent by BeachBlade.
Force majeure
In force majeure situation, all obligations of Beachblade are invalidated. When the force majeure situation exists for over 2 months, both the buying and selling party can cancel their agreement without acceptance by the other part. Force majeure can be caused by: strikes, outages, import/export bans, epidemics and natural disasters. Force majeure causes can exist at Beachblade and their suppliers. The list is not exclusive and final.
Privacy
Beachblade respects the privacy of all visitors and customers. Confidential data is handled with care and will only be used to process orders.
Your data will only be used in marketing after we have asked and received your consent.
Your data will never be shared with third parties unless this is needed to process order payments or delivery.
Applied law
Offers, orders and agreements made by Beachblade are subject to Dutch and European (EU) law only.
