SHIPPING

BeachBlade takes great care in making sure your order arrives safely. All orders are shipped with MyParcel and/or their international partners. BeachBlade offers free shipping for:

• The Netherlands      Free shipping on all orders
• Europe                       Free shipping on orders over €150 euros
• Rest of the World    Free shipping on order over €200 euros

If shipping costs apply, these costs vary depending on the shipping location. In the checkout the shipping costs will automatically be calculated.

Shipping costs per country:

For orders delivered to an address outside the European Union, delivery may take longer due to handling time at customs. In addition, customs duties may need to be paid when receiving the package. BeachBlade is not responsible for these costs.

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with Track and Trace information with which you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep. To protect your parcel, BeachBlade insures all packages against unforeseen damages and/or theft that may occur during the shipment process. 

RETURNS

Because our Beach Blades are custom products we cannot offer automatic returns. Please contact us when you wish to return items.

Returning an article is only possible when the article:

• is in an undamaged state
  
• is not worn and/or used
  
• includes the original and undamaged packaging

BeachBlade reserves the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet these requirements.

Please follow below steps to return your item(s):

2. Follow our instructions and add the items you would like to return to your return package and make sure it’s sealed properly.
